All rates are subject to a taxable 26% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. Breakfast and Lunch pricing is based on 1.5 hours, Break pricing is based on 30 minutes, and Dinner menu pricing is based on 2 hours. A production Fee of $275.00 plus tax will be charged for guarantees under 50 guests. To ensure food quality, buffet and food display prices are based upon 2 hours or less. Extensinos may be made at 10% menu increase per every half hour.
