Breakfast and Lunch pricing is based on 1.5 hours, Break pricing is based on 30 minutes, and Dinner menu pricing is based on 2 hours. A production Fee of $275.00 plus tax will be charged for guarantees under 50 guests. To ensure food quality, buffet and food display prices are based upon 1.5 hours or less. Extensions may be made at 10% menu increase per every half hour.
